Becky began working with Artburst as a freelance workshop assistant in early 2024. Drawing on over a decade of experience in creative work with children, she quickly progressed to lead facilitating across a variety of projects. In October 2025, Becky joined the core team as an Administrator and Workshop Leader, where she enjoys exploring the world of funding while channelling her analytical, detail-oriented Virgo traits into office organisation.

With a background in visual arts, Becky earned a BA in Creative Writing and English as a mature student (2018–2021). Her creative background spans writing and performing stand-up and sketch comedy, years performing with an all-female improv group, and ongoing work in immersive theatre – with a current focus on directing and stage management. Since graduating, she has also been published as a poet and commissioned for several creative writing projects.
