We were delighted to visit @LEGO London Hub in Hol We were delighted to visit @LEGO London Hub in Holborn to take part in Play Agent Training as part of our LEGO Foundation funded Power of Play project with @savechildrenuk the Children. It's amazing how emotive some of the exercises were, play is truly a powerful thing and as well as leading to innovation can help us process difficult emotions. As facilitators, being mindful of this can definitely make a difference in how you guide and support others. Our favourite exercise was recreating a childhood play memory out of a pile of assorted LEGO bricks (see last slide child jumping muddy ditch with onlooking bemused animal 🐴) #learningthroughplay #powerofplayintowerhamlets #artsfacilitation #artspsychotherapy

Such a focused session today at @leopold20212ffftr Such a focused session today at @leopold20212ffftrq art club 🧘 So nice to hear the children chatting, relaxing and winding down as they experimented with shapes and colours 🟠🔺 Check out their brilliant Picasso inspired portraits, all so different and all so wonderful 🙌 Why not try at home, all you need is a cardboard oval, some cardboard scraps and glue. We’ve been lending our director Amy Bicât to th We’ve been lending our director Amy Bicât to the @thestorymuseum for the last few months 📚 Amy has been designing a Here be Dragons exhibition with theatre designer Tina Bicât co curated with @cressidacowellauthor 🐉 You can be sure that the exhibition is full of all sorts of sensory delights and accessible to all 🙌 The wonderful learning team at the museum have lots of lovely plans too, watch out for those little dragons 👀 So if you’re in Oxford over the next year pop in and take a look.
