Artburst has been working closely with the Tower of London to develop their Under Fives community outreach programme, “Explore and Move”. Focussed on welcoming local families to the grand historical site, Artburst has developed a set of six workshops which introduce young ones to all the Tower’s adventures – from polar bears to potties, ravens to Yeoman Warders!
Workshops were delivered at local community centres in Tower Hamlets, including John Smith Family Hub, and Wapping and Bigland Children and Family Centre, and will eventually be delivered as part of the Tower’s onsite community provision. The sessions integrate singing, signing, dancing, crafting, storytelling and parachute time in an action packed 90 minutes!
